Refund Policy
AZ Biometric, LLC provides a fingerprinting service and not a product. The service begins once the individual schedules an appointment and ends after the individual has been fingerprinted.
AZ Biometrics, LLC will issue refunds (minus a transaction fee of 10% or $5 whichever is higher) for the following reasons:
- You made duplicate payments in error (e.g., you paid onsite, as well as online) and have requested a refund.
- AZ Biometrics, LLC location was closed at the time of your appointment, and you have requested a refund for fingerprinting services not rendered.
- AZ Biometrics, LLC was unable to perform fingerprinting at your scheduled appointment time (e.g. equipment was not working) and you requested a refund for services not rendered.
- You canceled your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, and you have requested a refund within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment time.
AZ Biometrics, LLC will not issue a refund for the following reasons:
- If the customer does not show up for an appointment. (You may reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment by calling or texting (520) 395-9252. If no one answers, please leave a message.)
- If the customer submits their prints incorrectly.
- You are eligible for a refund, but you did not request a refund within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment date and time.
Refund Procedures
If you are eligible for a refund, please email your refund request to info@azbiometrics.com. Please include the following: Your Name, scheduled appointment date and time.
