It is solely the customer’s responsibility to verify:
- Required fingerprint method
- Required fingerprint card
- Required ORI number
- Required agency codes

AZ Biometrics is not responsible for fingerprint submissions rejected due to incorrect customer-provided information.
- No Guarantee of Acceptance
Although our technicians utilize industry best practices and professional equipment, we cannot guarantee acceptance of fingerprints by:

- Courts
Acceptance decisions are made solely by the requesting agency.
Similarly, we cannot guarantee:
- Employment
- Professional licensing
- Security clearance
- Immigration approvals
- Fingerprint Clearance Cards
- Criminal history outcomes
- FBI Background Check results
- Fingerprint Quality
Fingerprint quality depends on numerous factors beyond our control, including:
- Age
- Genetics
- Manual labor
- Dry skin
- Scarring
- Burns
- Medical conditions
- Missing ridge detail
While we strive to obtain the highest quality fingerprint impressions possible, some individuals naturally produce fingerprints that may require additional attempts or alternate capture methods.
For traditional ink fingerprinting, if fingerprints are rejected because of image quality, AZ Biometrics will provide one complimentary reprint within 30 days of the original appointment, provided the rejection was due solely to fingerprint quality and documentation of the rejection is presented.
- Live Scan Data Retention
Electronic fingerprint submissions are processed using secure systems designed to protect Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
Where required by law, electronic fingerprint records are retained only for the legally permitted period before secure destruction.
- Fees and Payment
Payment is due at the time services are rendered.
We reserve the right to modify pricing without prior notice.
Government fees, agency processing fees, mailing fees, travel fees, or third-party charges may be separate from AZ Biometrics’ service fees.
- Refund Policy
Because fingerprinting services involve professional labor and secure processing, refunds generally are not available once services have been completed.
Refunds may be issued only when:
- Duplicate payments were processed.
- AZ Biometrics is unable to provide the purchased service.
- Required by applicable law.
Government processing fees and third-party fees are generally non-refundable.
- Appointment Policy
Customers should arrive on time for scheduled appointments.
Late arrivals may require rescheduling.
Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without notice may result in forfeiture of prepaid service fees where permitted by law.
- Mobile Service
Mobile fingerprinting appointments may include:
- Travel fees
- Mileage charges
- Minimum service requirements
Customers are responsible for providing a safe and appropriate work environment for mobile appointments.
- Identity Verification
We reserve the right to refuse service if:
- Valid identification cannot be produced.
- Fraudulent identification is suspected.
- Required documentation is missing.
- The customer behaves in a threatening, abusive, or unsafe manner.
- We believe providing services would violate applicable law.
Suspicious activity may be reported to appropriate authorities when legally required.
